Shipping & Returns
Sending the package
As a general rule, packages are shipped within 48 hours of receipt of payment, through the company assigned to the chosen method of transport with tracking number and delivery without signature. Given the tracking number, the customer can track his order by going to the appropriate carrier's website, chosen according to the transport method and entering the number in the tracking part of the order.
Shipping costs include handling and packaging costs, as well as postal charges. Handling charges are fixed, while transport charges may vary depending on the total weight of the package. We advise you to group all your items in one order. We cannot combine two different orders, and shipping charges will apply to each individually. We are not responsible for damage to your package after shipping, but we do our best to protect all fragile items.
If your orders arrive in poor condition, please let us know to ensure a good quality of delivery.
For shipments outside of mainland Spain such as the Canary Islands or Balearic Islands, the delivery date will depend on the island to which the package is sent, being more than 48 hours the journey time.
